It appears that Spencer Pratt has decided to turn a new leaf. Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag's ex, issued a statement recently apologizing to his ex for all the horrible things he had done. Pratt told PEOPLE, "Despite these hardships, most individuals manage to conduct themselves with dignity and maturity. I did not -- I failed spectacularly."
No one is for sure which situations he is referring to when he states, "I horribly embarrassed the one person that meant the world to me. For my outrageous and infantile behavior, I offer Heidi my most sincere apologies," but there are plenty of them to count. Either way it appears he is heading in the right direction.
Let's see if it lasts.
