Robert Schimmel dies

Robert Schimmel has past away last night from injuries he received in a car accident. His daughter, who was driving the car at the time, remains in the hospital but is expected to make a full recovery. According to reports, his daughter crashed after swerving to avoid another accident.

Schimmel is a stand up comedian who is known for his controversial and mostly R-rated shows. He is well known for his time on The Howard Stern Show. Schimmel has a new book available for purchase called "Cancer on $5 a Day", which can be purchased at his website or at the Amazon.com link below. Schimmel was also slated to appear in Kansas City, MO for an improv from September 2nd through the 5th.
