In what could be the smartest decision Ms Montag has made in recent years, the surgically enhanced reality starlet has decided to downscale her breast enlargements.
In quotes to various publications, Heidi has been uncharacteristically honest about how her life has changed post surgery "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D...My boobs are crushing me. They are totally too big and it's impossible to work out - they get in the way when I exercise. I have to wear two sports bras to run!...I see so many things that I want to wear and can't, I definitely didn't think about that part when I signed up for the surgery."
And seeing as the surgeon who originally transformed Heidi in the now infamous 10 stage surgery marathon has passed on, I wonder who will be putting their hands up to take care of a very well photographed & publicized piece of work??
