Glamour Magazine's 50 Sexiest Men 2010 list has been released and no surprises - drumroll please - the almighty sparkly one, RPatz, has taken out top spot for the second year running. Actors all around the world must be clamouring to play supernatural hotties after the top 5 spots went to 4 vampires and a werewolf. I'm sure a lot of you were slightly disappointed at the ommission of some other hottie vamps that didnt seem to make the list (flashbacks to the True Blood Rolling Stone cover anyone??) but see what you think and leave us a comment below.
