Heidi vs. Spencer...

Apparently Heidi Montag is planning on suing her estranged husband, the ultimatedouche bag-magoo, Spencer Pratt.  According to TMZ, Spencer is planning on writing a tell all book explaining their marriage and other intimate details...  Including Heidi's torn relationship with her mother Darlene.

This current lawsuit would in theory block the publication of this book.

The couple's divorce should be finalized in February of 2011.  Not soon enough i'd say for Heidi!!
