I died a little with Damon licking Elena... just sayin. Uhhh.. Ummmm... I'm still staring at it... I can't lie!!
Ok... moving on. SO this week on the Vampire Diaries.... setting us up PERFECTLY for the season finale this coming Thursday. OMG... I can't wait till the finale... Except what are we going to do till Season 2 starts?? We were all shocked to see Isobel, thought dead wife of Alaric, appear at the bar/restaurant. Now here we were expecting her to tell him how much she missed him and that it was the right thing to do... and NO. Wait you were expecting her to be nice? Oh heck no, I knew that she would turn out to be a crazy biatch! She tells him... more like DEMANDS from him... to give Elena a message. Reminder... Elena is her daughter. SO that mean he is stepdaddy Alaric. Anyway... Alaric basically tells her to bite him... no pun intended... and she flips, slams him into a car, and demands it again after threatening the towns people. See, crazy biatch!
Alaric then summons Elena and Stefan... and Damon (I get sidetracked when I mention him) to his room at the school to inform them that Isobel wants to meet with Elena and has threatened the town. This is when you get out your OMG's... I mean poor Elena has been through so much and now she has to deal with crazy coming to town?
Ok... so we get our hopes up... AGAIN... and Isobel disappoints... again. Do you feel a trend developing? For the record, I knew she was going to be a crazy jerkface! I am not surprised by her upcoming actions! We think she is going to go on and on about Elena and how beautifully she has grown up and she is sorry for giving her up and so on and so forth... but instead she demands (another trend?) for Elena to bring her the device that Jonathan Gilbert has been searching for, but Damon has it. Elena tries to tell her that Damon won't give it to her but she gets all anal again and yells. Elena then proceeds to break down to Bonnie, who shows up at her door after completely disregarding her feelings at the restaurant when she saw her cry. YAY for Bonnie coming back. This witch is trouble, just saying! Maybe...
So to save the towns people, Elena convinces Damon to give the device up... this is after finding out it is a vampire weapon... not one vampires use... but one to KILL vampires. ZOMG!! How does she convince Damon to hand it over? Oh did I mention that Isobel is holding Jeremy? Yeah... Elena's brother... hostage. Naughty naughty! Anyway, Elena convinces Bonnie to "undo the curse" that has the device that Damon has not work anymore. Damon doesn't believe Bonnie and then Elena convinces him by saying "Trust me". Bonnie does the spell and voila... all is better. Or is it all better? Elena hands over the device and Isobel lets Jeremy go. It is really that simple? I doubt it. In fact... we think Bonnie didn't do anything... and we also think that Kathryn is going to make an appearance in the finale... What do you think? Let us know.
This ep was INTENSE!! I can't wait till Thursday, I've been saying since day one that Bonnie was big troubs and I think she's done it now!! I don't trust her as far as I can throw her!
